1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing the Trade With A System Kit ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Product Description

The Trade With A System Kit is a digital trading toolkit that includes a risk calculator, pre-trade checklist, trade journal, account goal tracker, weekly review template, and trading constitution tool. It is delivered as a web-based application accessible via a unique access link.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Product for your own personal trading activities. You may not resell, redistribute, share your access link, or create derivative products from the Kit.

4. No Financial Advice

The Trade With A System Kit is an organizational and planning tool only. Nothing in the Product constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5. Payment

The Product is sold as a one-time payment of $19 USD. Payments are processed securely by Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

6. Delivery

Access to the Product will be delivered via email within minutes of purchase. Your unique access link is personal to you. Please keep it safe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the Trade With A System Kit is owned by PAB Automate. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAB Automate shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of this Product.
